All businesses in general and that of real estate, in particular, have a number of stakeholders to satisfy and if possible delight – customers, partners, employees, society, environment, shareholders, creditors, government, etc. KKT Constructions Pvt.LTd. has formed its policy after considerable research and taking into consideration the interests of all these stakeholders.

We do not believe in cut-throat competition and are more interested in beating our own best – both in terms of quality as well as quantity. Thus, we regularly revise our policies with the object of confirming to the best practices of the industry as well as set new benchmarks wherever possible. However, all this is not merely the paperwork. It is easy to make policies, difficult to turn into the work culture. KKT Constructions Pvt.LTd. has achieved this feat that has helped different stakeholders in trusting us. Needless to say, we have never disappointed them.

Our quality policy, CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) policy and environmental policy has won reorganization for us from both government and non-government organization. Our commitment to quality, for example, our company certified with an ISO 9001 : 2015 for Quality Management, ISO 45001 : 2018 for Occupational Health & Safety Management System.

Veena Vatika is one of the Residential Project of KKT Constructions Pvt. Ltd. and it is also approved by RERA Bihar (RERA registration no. – BRERAP20502-1/106/R-1416/2022) and Environmental Clearance certification no – EC23B038BR142636.
